The microscopic size of MICROFIBERS permits them to clean better, since they can reach into the tiny pockets in flooring surfaces and “grab” the dirt. The spaces around the MICROFIBERS provide more surface area for trapping dirt and bacteria. This is in sharp contrast with the relatively large size of cotton and rayon fibers in conventional mops that tend to “push” the dirt around instead of picking it up.

As for durability, MICROFIBER mops can be washed more than 300 times without incurring excess wear on the product. Traditional mops are unusable after 70-90 launderings. Laundry washing and drying temperatures are also lower for MICROFIBER (200 degrees F or less).
